INTERVIEW TIPS LIST

Here is a list of the things which will help you to crack the interviews with ease. 

·         Read about the company which you are about to go for the interview.

·         Keep your answers very simple & crisp to the questions asked.

·         Avoid long stories

·         Don't lie

·         Don't portray negative points about your previous organization.

·         Remember, Confidence is the key.

·         Also remember, 30-40% technical skill that will be required to crack the interview but the rest about how well you communicate to your interviewer.

·         Don't project yourself as a cost to the company, instead of which should you talk as if you are going to be an asset so that the company should not afford to lose you.

·         Sit straight on the chair so that it will show the interviewer that you are equally interested in joining the company as they are interested to take you.

·         Maintain eye contact with your interviewer.

·         Don't talk too much.

·         Don't aim to impress. If you do so, they may drop you.

·         Try to sell yourself

·         Don't get panicked in between the interview when you are exposed to the question for which you don't know the answer. If you don't know the answer tell them you don't know the answer. There is nothing wrong in that. But don't bluff.

·         Don't be scared about the interview. It is just another simple conversation which you are about to take with your new friend.

·         Don't attend the interview with the expectation of hitting the job for sure. Be confident but don't be over confident.
