GADGET GIZMO REVIEW Lenovo K900
If this battle was purely about design, the Lenovo K900 would
win hands-down. Despite the large screen, the phone has a classy brushed aluminium
body and is quite slim to boot. It looks as premium as the Note 3 and Z Ultra,
despite costing significantly lesser. The screen is vibrant and the black
levels are deep. The camera rivals the best, producing detailed shots in bright
and low-lit environments. However, HD games stutter and lag on the weak Intel
processor. The call quality of the phone is terrible, with recipients often
complaining about dropped calls, inaudible audio or distorted audio. It also
suffers in battery life, lasting only about 12 hours. And Lenovo’s skin for
Android is a sight that gives you sore eyes.

At Rs 28,999, the K900 is great if all you want is a sleek smartphone with a big screen and a good camera, but be prepared for tradeoffs in gaming performance, battery life and call quality.
