vegetables is low
Wa king up and going
through the day with low energy levels? Not in the mood to get up or goto work?
Just hoping everything will miraculously go away? After all, why wouldn’ t you
be feeling exhausted and low? You’ ve been so busy at work with meetings and a

you need is alittle rest and a tablet or two.
In the confusion of
everyday life, many of us tend to overlook the subtle changes that are apparent
in our bodies. These, in reality, are signals or warning signs that something
is not right. More often than not, we try and fix these with some sort of
medication, paying sc ant heed to the root of the problem.
Scientific evidence
suggests that many of our health problems can stem from poor dietary habits
that lead to various nutritional deficiencies. That doesn’ t mean that you need
to be in the doctor ’s clinic! It s imply means thats omething is wrong with
your dietary intake.
For instance, your low
mood and depleted energy levels could mean that your intake of fruits and
vegetables is low. Digestive problems can stem from a low intake of fib re-rich
fruits and vegetables as well as some other foods .
The warning signals your
body gives you should not be ignored. If you find that you ’r e feeling low ,
moody and depressed, and that you could be developing some minor vision
problems, what your body is trying to tell you is that the quality of you r
diet needs attention. It could be that your diet is low on green leafy
vegetables, such as spinach and beans or fruits like oranges, grape fruit as
well as proteins and iron-rich food. The addition of these foods could help
solve the above problems.
Our hectic lifestyles
also lead to all types of trouble with our skin. Instead of dashing to the
nearest store to get some beauty cream, why not up your intake of fruits and
vegetables? These are naturally good sources of skin-protecting nutrients.
Listening to your body is
an excellent way to correct your poor dietary habits that could eventually lead
to nu tr itional deficiencies . Sounds familiar? Yes? So, if you’ ve attributed
your exhaustion and general aches and pains to a rushed lifestyle and nothing
else–try listening to the signs your body is giving you and yes, up your veggie
and fruit in take!
