Wa king up and going through the day with low energy levels? Not in the mood to get up or goto work? Just hoping everything will miraculously go away? After all, why wouldn’ t you be feeling exhausted and low? You’ ve been so busy at work with meetings and a generally hectic schedule, so your eating habits have been er r atic. Maybe all you need is alittle rest and a tablet or two.
In the confusion of everyday life, many of us tend to overlook the subtle changes that are apparent in our bodies. These, in reality, are signals or warning signs that something is not right. More often than not, we try and fix these with some sort of medication, paying sc ant heed to the root of the problem.
Scientific evidence suggests that many of our health problems can stem from poor dietary habits that lead to various nutritional deficiencies. That doesn’ t mean that you need to be in the doctor ’s clinic! It s imply means thats omething is wrong with your dietary intake.
For instance, your low mood and depleted energy levels could mean that your intake of fruits and vegetables is low. Digestive problems can stem from a low intake of fib re-rich fruits and vegetables as well as some other foods .
The warning signals your body gives you should not be ignored. If you find that you ’r e feeling low , moody and depressed, and that you could be developing some minor vision problems, what your body is trying to tell you is that the quality of you r diet needs attention. It could be that your diet is low on green leafy vegetables, such as spinach and beans or fruits like oranges, grape fruit as well as proteins and iron-rich food. The addition of these foods could help solve the above problems.
Our hectic lifestyles also lead to all types of trouble with our skin. Instead of dashing to the nearest store to get some beauty cream, why not up your intake of fruits and vegetables? These are naturally good sources of skin-protecting nutrients.

So, if you’ ve attributed your exhaustion and general aches and pains to a rushed lifestyle and nothing else–try listening to the signs your body is giving you and yes, up your veggie and fruit in take!
