Beat the blues
 with fresh juices


Juices are full of vitamins and minerals and they not only refresh a tired
body but also provide an energy boost. Drinking juices on a regular basis
 help in giving glowing skin and can keep you in the pink of health.
Here are some easy-to-make options.
All you need is a good juicer and some fresh fruits and vegetables.

ABC JUICE
Ingredients: Red apple: 1 Beetroot: 2 Carrots: 3 large ones Ginger:
1 inch-piece Cut all the fruits and vegetables and put them in a
juicer one by one. Serve the juice in a tall glass.
Benefits: High in vitamins, provides overall health, helps recover from
 cold. It curbs the craving for sweets.

BEET THE BLUES
Ingredients Beetroots: 2 Mixed berries: 1 cup Apple: 1 Purple cabbage:
 a few leaves Cut the apple and chop the cabbage leaves and put in a
juicer. Add the berries and switch on the juicer. Once the juice is ready,
pour it into glasses and serve.
Benefits: This juice acts as a powerful antioxidant.

POWER C
Ingredients Orange: 1, remove the seeds, and cut into pieces, use the
rind too Green apple: 1, cut into pieces Carrots: 2, cut into pieces
Lemon: 1, cut the lemon into two and extract the juice of ½ lemon
 Add apple and carrot pieces in the juicer along with the orange pieces.
Once the juice is ready, add the lemon juice, stir well and serve.
Benefits: This juice is rich in carotene and Vitamin C and is considered
as a perfect sunny juice for a gloomy day

GLOWING GODDESS
Lemon: 1, peeled Green Apple: ½, cut into pieces Cucumber: 1,
cut into pieces Spinach: A handful, chopped Celery: 8 stalks, cut into
pieces Coriander leaves: 1 small bunch, chopped Put all the ingredients
except coriander leaves in a juicer; once the juice is ready, add the chopped
coriander leaves and run the juicer again. Serve in a glass.
Benefits: Good for a glow ing and healthy skin. Leafy vegetables are full
 of essential minerals and vitamins, including chlorophyll, which promotes
not only the overall health, but also give a vibrant glow!

BEACH SUNSHINE
Fresh pineapple: 1 cup, cut into pieces Lemon: 1, peeled Ginger: ½-inch 
piece
Fresh mint: handful, chopped Add all the ingredients to the mixer and
once ready, serve immediately.
Benefits: Improves digestion and immunity. It is rich in vitamins, 
and ginger has been shown to help treat morning  sickness.
