PERSONAL SPECIAL.... The best is yet to come

The best is yet to come
Have any professional or personal setbacks left you demotivated? Here are five steps you should follow to bounce back

One common factor among the world's most successfu l people is that they all have failed at some point of time. But that did not stop them from reaching their goals. While it might be impossible to avoid roadblocks in life, you can work on facing them with a winning approach.
Here are five steps that will help you get some perspective on failures and will make you stronger to face life head on.

1 Let the frustration out
It is important that you get the pain and frustra tion out of your system. It is alright to cry for the first few days. Have a mourni ng p eriod. However, don't let it last long. Once you feel at ease, prepare yourself to take on the next challenge.

2 Look at the brighter side
Realise that you already lived the situation that you might have dreaded for a long time. You have hit rock-bottom, but it was probably not as bad as you had anticipated. Think of the incident as a lesson and use the chance to rebuild your life on a solid foundation. This time you have nothing to fear.

3 Get a reality check
Failure gives you a reality check. It helps you identify who your supporters are and who are your enemies. Learn from it and form your true support system -people who will help you pick up from your breakdowns and help you start again.

4 Read about people who have failed and achieved later
Failure is a part of life. When you feel low, remind yourself that you are not the only person in this world who has had a bad experience. Count your blessings.Reading biographies and speeches of successful people who faced similar or other kinds of problems can also help you. You can take tips from their experiences.

5 Start working on your plan B
With changes in priorities, there is a possibility that you might have forgotten your initial plans in life. Look back and see if you are on the right track. And if your plan A did not work, think about a plan B. If you had any idea or hobby that you wanted to pursue, this is the time to take it up. After facing a failure, you might not be as uncertain about following your heart as you might have been before.Figure out that one thing you al ways wanted to pursue and give it your best shot.
