year? Be ahead of the times as seen below about the future

RISE OF LIFEWELLNESS
COACHES
More people will hire life
and wellness coaches to get expertise and support to improve their health.
Personal coaches will be available to help clients reduce stress, lose weight,
quit smoking or eat better. Be prepared to working with coaches who customise
health programmes suited to specific needs and set realistic goals. You will
learn routines to build healthy habits, and stay on track to achieve results.
MULTI-MASKING
This is a huge trend for
2016. Changing your one-mask treatment to `multimask' is the new way to get
that perfect glow. Multi-masking is all about using multiple masks on face and
neck. For example, almond pack for the forehead, honey mask for the neck to
remove wrinkles, mud pack for inner cheeks and nose and lemon pack for outer
cheeks.
WELLNESS TOURISM
Wellness tourism is already
a $439 billion market, and set to grow another 55 per cent to $678.5 bil lion
by 2017. A spa break in Turkey or a mud massage in Istanbul isn't a fancy
thought anymore. There is a surge of global wellness programmes -incorporating
cooking classes, naturopathy, yoga and energy work at luxury spas across destinations.
SANE EATING
In 2016, most people will
end hysterical obsessions with the next superfood or diet trend, as we are
experiencing a collective, global eating disorder. Nutritionists are worried
about superfoods, like chia seeds, quinoa, goji berries, disturbing global
ecosystems. The advice is not to follow fads blindly. Sane eating will be in
this year.
TRENDY WELLNESSGRAMS
Young wellness bloggers
across the globe are uploading fascinating pictures of meditation programmes,
beauty treatments and healthy eating habits. Wellness Instagrams are the new
food Instagrams this year. Instead of colourful, edited pictures of food that
floods everyone's Insta handles, it'll be wellness pictures grabbing eyeballs.
